High pressure piston compressors receiver mounted/ base mounted
The high-pressure compressors on base are complete of protecting net, belt, steel pipe with non return valve, and for the 20 – 30 – 35 – 40 bar models with Hoerbiger type non return valve, antivibrations, flywheel in cast iron, solenoid valve for off-load star t and safety valve; on all models since 7,5 Hp are supplied with Star-Delta starter; for the other models pressure switch.
Noise level measured according to ISO 2151.
High pressure piston compressors silenced
These silenced piston compressors are fully equipped packages capable to produce compressed air with high reliability and low noise emission. The big flywheel helps towards
the proper cooling of the heads, cylinders and crankcase.
The ingenious cooling air flow pattern plus the extra cooling fan fitted on main motors shaft keeps the internal temperature of silencing canopy to only a couple of degree above ambient. Single stage units are completed with aftercooler while the two stage model has both intercooler and aftercooler complete with automatic drainer.
